BYAMN is an opportunity aggregation platform. We collect and list educational and career opportunities (courses, internships, jobs, etc.) from public sources across the internet for informational purposes only. We provide direct links that redirect users to the original provider's website.

3. Removal Requests

If you are a copyright holder, a website owner, or an authorized representative and you believe that content hosted or listed on BYAMN infringes your rights or you wish for it to be removed, you may submit a removal request.

Your request should be sent via email to info.byamn@gmail.com and must include the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or content claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on BYAMN where the content is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement of proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the owner.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.

4. Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid removal request, the BYAMN team will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your email within 48-72 business hours.
• Review the provided documentation and ownership authority.
• Promptly disable access to or remove the disputed content from our platform if the request is found to be legitimate.

5. Good Faith Statement

By submitting a removal request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Please ensure that requests are legitimate, as misrepresentation of infringement may result in liability for damages.
